The AADM Justice and Accountability Committee address community concerns, and build collective action around justice initiatives.
On the third Monday of each month, meetings focus on jail, policing, and criminal justice issues, including policing practices, incarceration, accountability, reentry support, and community safety solutions.
Current advocacy efforts include organizing around policy changes related to jail conditions, transparency, accountability, and preventing deaths in custody.
Community members are encouraged to attend, share concerns, learn about ongoing advocacy efforts, and discover ways to get involved in creating meaningful change.
