The End School-to-Prison Pipeline (ESTPP) Advocates Training is a powerful, hands-on 2-hour experience designed to equip individuals with the confidence, knowledge, and leadership skills needed to navigate school systems, avoid the pipeline, and create meaningful change in their communities.

This engaging session blends interactive activities, real-life scenarios, and public speaking exercises to help participants discover their voice and step into their power. Particiapnts will not just learn, they will practice, reflect, and build the tools needed to lead with confidence.

During this workshop, participants will:

  • Rights Education: Understand students, educators, and parents rights and how to advocate for themselves and others

  • Gain insight into school rules, discipline policies, and how to navigate them successfully

  • Explore ways to become leaders in their schools and communities

  • Develop strategies to advocate for positive change

By the end of the workshop, participants will leave feeling empowered, informed, and ready to use their voice, and take action in their schools and communities.
