On May 9th, AADM will host a Workplace rights and Resume Development workshop from 10:00AM -11:30AM at Oconee Street United Methodist Church 595 Oconee Street Athens, GA, 30605. This free event is open to individuals ages 18 and up.​

AADM Hosts Saturday School: Workplace rights and Resume Development

On the 2nd Saturday of each month, AADM hosts Saturday School, offering Know Your Rights and Leadership Lessons to cultivate future leaders and equip participants with the knowledge and skills needed to protect their rights and navigate the systems with confidence.

On May 9th, AADM will host a Workplace rights and Resume Development session from 10:00AM -11:30AM at Oconee Street United Methodist Church 595 Oconee Street Athens, GA, 30605. This free event is open to individuals ages 18 and up.​

The session will provide essential information on workplace rights, including fair pay, safe working conditions, and protection against discrimination. Participants will also gain valuable leadership skills that promote confidence, effective communication, and personal growth.

In partnership with Patrick Ihejirika and Pathwise NYC, attendees will learn how to improve their resume, and gain access to career tools designed to identify skill gaps, build clear career plans, and stay organized throughout the job search process.
