Through the Athens Anti-Discrimination Movement (AADM) Education and Training program, we equip individuals and organizations with the knowledge and skills to become confident, informed leaders. The AADM believes education is the foundation for preventing harm and building inclusive communities.
We offer practical, skills-based Know Your Rights workshops and leadership trainings that help participants understand anti-discrimination laws, navigate challenging situations, strengthen communication, and build safer, more equitable environments.
Through virtual, mobile, and community-based sessions, we make leadership development accessible to those most impacted by injustice.
