Help you organize important information, including dates, locations, officer or staff names, witnesses, photographs, videos, reports, medical records, grievances, and other documentation.
IDENTIFY WHERE TO FILE A COMPLAINT
Help determine which agency or complaint process may apply to your situation.
FILE AN OFFICIAL COMPLAINT
Provide assistance with preparing and submitting complaints to the appropriate law-enforcement agency, oversight body, government agency, or other entity.
REQUEST PUBLIC RECORDS
When appropriate, assist with identifying or requesting records that may help document what happened.
CONNECT YOU WITH AN ATTORNEY OR LEGAL RESOURCE
If your concern may require legal representation, we can help identify attorneys, legal-aid organizations, or other legal resources that may handle your type of case.
