Women’s Wellness & justice cohort

Helping WOMEN MAKING AN Impact Without Burnout

The Women’s Wellness & Justice Cohort is a unique leadership development experience centered on wellness, personal growth, and community leadership. We teach women that justice begins with using your voice, knowing your rights, and protecting your peace and wellness.

Participants will engage in guided workshops and activities focused on self-care, leadership development, goal setting, and sustainable community impact. They will receive the tools needed to advocate for themselves, their families, and their communities.

WHY THIS PROGRAM MATTERS?

The Athens Anti-Discrimination Movement (AADM) launched the Women’s Wellness & Justice Cohort in honor of Debra Brenner, a longtime board member who passed September 2024.

This cohort empowers women to understand their rights, strengthen their well-being, and cultivate leadership skills that enable them to advocate effectively, sustain their impact, and lead with confidence and purpose. Through rights-based education, wellness practices, and leadership development, participants gain the tools to protect themselves, inspire their communities, and drive meaningful social change.

We invite you to join a community of women committed to wellness, empowerment, and collective action.
