Social Justice Awards & Gala 2026: Kicking Off a Decade of Impact
Athens, GA — The Athens Anti-Discrimination Movement (AADM) is proud to announce its 10-Year Anniversary Celebration, beginning with the Social Justice Awards and Gala on January 15, 2026, from 6:00–9:00 PM, at the Indigo Hotel.
As AADM marks a decade of advocacy, education, and community building, this milestone celebration is both a reflection on how far the movement has come and a call to action for the work that lies ahead. Together, we will honor our past, uplift today’s champions, and build momentum for the next generation of justice leaders.
Nominations Now Open
AADM is now accepting nominations for the Social Justice Awards & Gala, recognizing individuals and organizations whose leadership, service, and courage have advanced justice and equity in our community. Community members are encouraged to submit nominations for those making meaningful impact.
Your Impact Matters
Proceeds from the gala will directly support AADM’s Freedom & Hope Fund, providing critical financial assistance for advocacy support, families facing housing insecurity, legal challenges, wellness needs, and community care. Every ticket purchased strengthens AADM’s mission to create a more just and equitable society.
