Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity in the Workplace Conference
Athens, GA. – The Athens Anti-Discrimation Movement (AADM) is hosting a Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity in the Workplace Conference on Saturday, October 10th, from 9:30am to 1:00pm through Zoom.
The Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity conference will help attendees form strategies that create a more welcoming and inclusive environment for both their staff and clients by better understanding unconscious bias, developing effective strategies to attract and recruit diverse groups, and building screening practices that ensure greater diversity and quality hires. This conference is an opportunity to discuss tough issues surrounding race, culture, and diversity in the workplace environment.
Guest speakers include Karlene Gordon, Jodi Barnes, and Mokah-Jasmine Johnson.
This training is normally valued at $55 per attendee, but due to the financial constraints our community is experiencing from COVID-19, AADM is offering this conference for free!
