The Athens MLK JR. Day Parade and Music Festival 2024 celebrates the legacy of Martin Luther King Jr. and promotes culture, equity, and diversity in Downtown Athens. This event includes live performances, vendors, a fun kids zone, and more.
Festivities begin at 12 noon on the corner of Hull and Washington Street with live performances. Local schools, businesses, nonprofits, churches, dance teams, mobile vehicles, and various organizations are welcome to participate in this event.
